Student Photos

February 6th will be the 1st of two practices to get your individual photos for our cast/crew photo board (displayed at each public performance). 
(IF you are at basketball on Feb. 6th - your photo will be taken at the following practice!)

In order to get the best possible photos . . . 

1. You can choose the shirt you wear (consider modesty) HOWEVER, do not wear shirts with logos, words, or graphics! 

2. No hats can be worn! 

3. Yes, jewelry, neck scarves, etc.

4. All pictures will be taken in color but converted to black and white (to uniform the cast/crew photo board)

5. Always wear your SMILE:) 

(P.S. - ALL Directors, Support Team Members, and Leaders are to get their picture taken as well!!!!

Prayer Request!

The Schimp Family would greatly appreciate prayers for Mrs. Becky Schimp's Mother (Betty).

Betty (93 years) is in the hospital (ICU) and is dealing with pneumonia. The report this morning after an x-ray is that the pneumonia has worsened - making her breathing more difficult. She is on strong antibiotics and continues to wear an oxygen mask.

The Weimer Family would also apprecitate prayers for Mrs. Kellie Weimer's Parents.

Her mother is home after a fall and injury to her shoulder. Scott and Kellie are there now, giving in home assistance along with Kellie's sister.
At the same time, Kellie's step-father is hospitalized with pneumonia. He is out of ICU as of last night.

Please prayer for God's strength for these families and their loved ones.

We know that God is good.

Follow Up after 1st Practice!

Hi Everyone!

THANK YOU so much for arriving on time to our 1st practice!!! Awesome Job! 

Focus on Memorizing this week!!! This is super important! Lines must be memorized by Feb. 13th! 


WORKHOUSE CHILDREN: Read over and get familiar with ALL the Workhouse lines! More details are coming! 


FAGIN'S BOYS: Get familiar with where the boys are in the script. What do they do? How to they respond to the action happening in Fagin's Den. More details are coming!


If you were given Homework or tips BE WORKING on those this week!

A few things before Monday . . . 

1. If you missed filling out your CONTACT INFO. on the clipboard - YOU can fill it in on MONDAY! 

 

2. If you have not paid your fees for Student Participation and/or Script YOU can do that on MONDAY! 

 

3. If you have signed FORMS (that haven't been turned in) . . . BRING them on MONDAY! 

 

4. Parent Volunteer Jobs information will be emailed to the parents OR sent home with your students.

5. ALL students attend on MONDAY January 30th! BRING your backpack with script, a folder, pencils, highlighters, snack (for break time) and a water bottle. (Homework or reading material - not necessary this week!)

Parent/Student Meeting TONIGHT

STUDENT PARTICIPATION FEE:The cost per participating student (acting or apprentice role) for the 2017 season is listed below.

~$35 per participating student with a script

~$30 per participating student without a script

Other costs, beyond the Student Participation Fee are mentioned in the Cost Policy on Page 8 of the H.I.S. Players Handbook.
Fees are to be paid by cash or check (made out to H.I.S. Players) at the Parent/Student Meeting.

Where:Community Church, West Bend (Sanctuary) change of place (We will be in the Fellowship Hall - lower level, drive behind the church!)

Notes: Parents and Students should have read the H.I.S. Players Handbook. Bring cash or check for Student(s) Participation Fee(s).  Parent(s) should have read the H.I.S. Players Parent Co-op on Page 19 of the H.I.S. Players Handbook, and be ready to sign up.

WOW! We had huge audition numbers yesterday! The Audition Panel is proud of each and every one of you! There was so much talent offered, that after much agonizing thought and prayer, the Audition Panel has come to their final decision. Postings will follow shortly.
